Not at all! The process is quick, safe, and painless! The weld happens only on the metal— never on your skin. There will be a spark as your bracelet, or anklet gets sealed.

With proper care, your jewelry can last for years! It’s meant to stay on indefinitely, but if you ever need to remove it, it can be clipped off easily with scissors or wire cutters. (ideally, at the weld site if you ever wanted it re-welded.)

Yes! your jewelry is made from precious metals like gold and sterling silver which will not set off the metal detectors.

Dont worry! Though durable,delicate chains can occasionally break if snagged or pulled. If this happens— save your chains. We can usually re-weld it for a small fee.

Yes! Permanent jewelry is water resistant and designed for everyday wear— showers, swimming, ad workouts included. Just avoid harsh chemicals or lotions to keep it shining.

Your medical provider will let you know if it needs to be removed beforehand. If so, it can be easily clipped off and re-welded later.

For safety and quality reasons I only weld chains that are sourced through Manifested Metal. Each piece in my collection is specifically chosen for its durability, composition, and ability to safely bond during the welding process. Outside chains may contain unknown alloys or coatings that can react poorly to the spark. However, if you have a sentimental piece you’d love to incorporate, feel free to reach out I’d love to explore creative to include it in your jewelry experience.

All Permanent jewelry sales are final, as each piece is custom-fit, and welded specifically to you. However, I want you to absolutely love your jewelry. If your chain breaks within 7 days of your appointment due to a welding issue , i’ll gladly re-weld it at no cost. After that period, repairs or rewelds can be done at a small service fee. Please note that lost chains cannot be replaced or refunded.
